Error

Everything about this little hotel was perfect. The pool the barbecue area walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife. We honestly had so much fun. We’re coming back next month.

The room was filthy, no hot water there was no water flow the air conditioning did not wirk properly the bathroom was in very bad condition and the bed was uncomfortable there was a huge hole in the middle of the matress and tge linen smelt like it cane out of a bleach bottle not too mention that the floor was full of sand

We actually had a hard time getting to this place but finally figured it out as the email had one address and the gps showed a different one. Very weird. We only spent one night. The front desk is odd, not like a typical hotel. Very cramped but it has like a mini convenience store right next to the front desk which I thought was interesting “all in one” kind of thing. It could use some renovation but it was good enough for us. My best friend n I loved the board walk which is right there. We had a nice night!

Other then the rouch in the night, the sink drain over filling due to incorrect plumbing and the key cards not wrking a few tms it was ok.

Very good location. Close walking street and beach. But there stops the positive. Non serviceminded staf, poor cleaning and rooms as well as the hotel building and souroundings as poolarea etc, deperatly in need of maintenace and refresh.

I did not stay at this location due to uncleanness and bad customer service. They still charged me $85 for not staying in their place. Very disappointing.

We loved this place! This was our first time staying and it was so clean , smelled clean, and was very convenient to beach and boardwalk. We will definitely reserve again!!

Beautiful

Hotel is owned by same owner as many other in the nearby blocks. You all have to check in at the same place and eat breakfast at the same place. Check in took 1 hour. Room key quit working during stay. Lots of hidden fees. Room was usable but everytime a neighboring room used water our sink gurgles. All night.

Staff is rude. I didn’t expect The rooms to be great but I’d like to have a stove that works and eating utensils. Breakfast is a bowl of hard boiled eggs and stale, cheap bagels. I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy

First, they asked us to pay extra for the local taxes and the parking, so it's directly more expensive. Second, the property of the place was awful, we found a nail on the sofa and dog's hair everywhere. Plus the toilet was broken so we ended up having water everywhere in the bathroom. Third, it's a one-way breakfast (not mentioned anywhere) so if you're still hungry you can't go back to grab anything. And finally, at the checkout, they just told us "find you can leave everything is ok" (without asking how was the stay); when we mentioned the broken toilet and the cleanliness of the place to the staff, they didn't care. So I'll never go back there and hope no one will.

The service was not good, the parking is horrible, they did upgrade us to a better room which was nice but the a/c is control with a remote and the remote was missing had to wait till the next day to get it. They tow my friends car because when she checked out she had to immediately move the car which no one the front desk told her or warn her that they could not stay on the property which is not likely at any other hotel. The safe in the room did not work either. It is really located in a great area but everytime I walked in to the front desk someone was complaining about something. The staff seems to be dealing with complains they hear everyday and all day so they do not take the time is handle the situation or try to make the customer happy. I am going to say it is probably the management companies fault more than the actual employees because of the poorly run business. I will not being stay there again and I cannot stress enough that if you are driving there or renting a car and parking there to be very careful with the parking situation.
