We live up to our name\'Garden resort\'. All solid good-sized bungalows are surrounding capacious garden giving naturalistic atmosphere and pleasant sleep at night.Situated between Sunrise(party beach) and Sunset beach, 5 minutes walk away from epicenter, you can get away from blaring music to get a good sleep after party.Convenient store 7/11 with ATM is steps away.Full-Moon bookings: 3 nights minimum stay and 50% or 100% prepayment by Paypal invoice we send. New Year bookings: 5 nights minimum stay and prepayment by Paypal. Prepayment will be applied for some non-fullmoon bookings. Early check-in and late check-out is possible upon availability. Reception closed an hour later after last boat arrives, around 9 to 10 PM. Bring your own padlock for locker to get more secured please. We send a Paypal invoice of advanced payment for Fullmoon and New Year bookings, For refund ; 15 days notice for Fullmoon booking, 30 days notice for New Year booking is required(cancellation fee 30%).
