    Motivated and friendly staff members

    Members of staff are very warm and welcoming. The check-in process is quick and hassle free and within no time you're being shown to your apartment. They do their best to meet all your needs so that you may have a peaceful stay.

    The rooms are modern and very spacious. The premium beddings provided are clean. All of flat-screen cable TVs have access to a wide variety of channels to keep you entertained if you choose to stay in.

    Delicious and diverse meals served at the hotel

    All meals at the hotel are expertly prepared and presented. Guests were spoilt for choice when choosing from the wide variety of Thai and European dishes on offer. Food items that got finished were very quickly restocked.

    Getting to the hotel can be a bit of a hassle

    Some guests experienced some difficulty making their way to the hotel as it is more than 100 metres off the walking street and road. A few guests have raised their concerns on this issue, especially first time guests.

    The hotel's rooms were seen by a number of guests as not properly insulated against sound. Noise carried easily from room to room as did noise from the bar was clearly easy to hear in the wee hours of the morning when most guests are trying to sleep.
