They found the welcome pack provided on arrival to be very useful. There are safety plugs for sockets, and this was appreciated by families with small children. Extra batteries were supplied for playing video games. Guests also welcomed the presence of a cupboard full of books for reading.

Guests did not like the stray cats in the garden. The loud sounds they made were disturbing. They also entered the kitchen and stole food.

The gates of the villas are small and entry of cars is difficult. No individual bins are available for the villas. Blankets were found to be itchy and needs to be changed. Some guests were disappointed with the spa, as it opened only at four in the evening and did not allow children.
