Hotel Su Nido Inn (Ojai, USA)

Su Nido Inn boasts a wonderful location in the village of Ojai. Guests say the hotel is only a couple blocks from the town center, and is convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Overall, guests were very pleased with their accommodations at Su Nido Inn, and especially loved the suites and kitchenettes. However, most rooms are quite spacious and appear recently renovated. The bathrooms feature luxurious Molton Brown toiletries, a nice touch according to most visitors.

The staff at Su Nido Inn is said to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff welcomed most requests and assisted in any issues that arose. However, due to an extended lunch break, early check-in before 3pm is hardly ever possible. If you arrive earlier, the office will likely be closed.

Su Nido Inn’s front desk has only limited hour’s availability, is closed for an extended lunch period, and shuts down early in the evening. Guests sometimes found this inconvenient, though in case of an emergency, there are contacts available.

Though most guests had no problems, some found the soundproofing in the rooms to be a bit poor. Several guests complained about hearing their neighbors. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring some earplugs along as a precaution, as it is uncertain which rooms are the quietest in the hotel.
