positive:
Good Location
The hotel is located in a quiet area but
within a close walking distance of the metro stops and well-known shopping and
eating areas. The Soho district had plenty of options to eat and drink and with
plenty of vintage shops to choose from.
positive:
Bathroom Heat
Many guests were happy the rooms had a good
temperature to them, and especially content with the bathroom floor heating
provided during cold, winter months. This made them feel cosy during the cold
days of the area.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited Breakfast
The breakfast was said to be limited and
poor. Some guests did not like the basic options available and wished there
were options that catered to a wider audience. The options were not tasty and
the presentation did not impress much.
negative:
Weird Layout
Some guests recommend people with
disabilities to book elsewhere, given the hotel had a weird layout that made it
difficult to move around. The breakfast room is in a basement with steep and
narrow stairs.
negative:
Dark Rooms
Some guests thought the rooms were too dark
and felt like a prison. Some rooms did not have windows and therefore no
natural light came in, which to some guests makes a difference in ambiance. Some
felt this atmosphere did not help with their stay.
