Guests like retreating to this calm and authentically Balinese resort, away from the buzz of Sanur. The beautiful and well-maintained gardens and pretty pool area are largely responsible for creating this serene feel-good ambiance.
Although you are away from Sanur, guests appreciate still having easy access to the beach. You can walk to Sanur Beach in little over five minutes - if you can pull yourself away from the enticing pool area and gardens that is.
The polite and friendly nature of the staff is another big plus point for this complex. Guests find them to be warm and welcoming and really make them feel at home.
Whilst it is nice to be secluded in this lovely resort, if you have the urge for a bit more excitement, there's not a lot else going on in the neighbourhood. Getting into Sanur is far from easy too. You're faced with a walk in excess of 30 minutes - with no pavements. If that's not very attractive sounding, you will need to hire a taxi.
Guests find the Internet to be very hit and miss. You often can't get a Wi-Fi signal in your room. In fact you may have to approach the lobby to have any joy whatsoever. Even if you get lucky, your delight at getting online may be short-lived as you have a limited connection every day.
First impressions can be deceiving - especially here. The complex is right next to an extremely busy road and many guests' hearts sink when they see what it looks like from the exterior. Luckily, in general, their perception is radically changed upon entering the resort.
