Southside Guest House is a family run 4 star bed & breakfast establishment in Edinburgh. It is located right in the heart of the city centre, close to the Old Town and is therefore ideally placed for tourists. It is located in a row of Victorian terraced houses dating from 1867. There are only 8 rooms but each one has been individually designed and is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a telephone, TV, hairdryer, CD player and a small lounge. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel and all rooms also have modem points. Breakfast is included within the price and special diets can be catered for. A full cooked breakfast is available along with cereals, cheeses, meats, freshly baked bread, salads and fruit. The owners can arrange a laundry service or dry cleaning for their guests and although the Southside Guest House does not have its own car park free car parking is available at a location nearby.
