Most guests of this motel have loved its location, as it is right across the street from Okanagan Lake Beach. Guests could simply walk out their doors in the morning and be on the beach in seconds when staying at the property and are also within short walking distance of the casino and the downtown area.

Many of the rooms at this property come equipped with a separate bedroom, a sitting area, and a full kitchen and guests liked having these amenities made available to them. This was especially handy when staying at the motel for multiple days.

Numerous guests have been impressed by the front desk staff at this property, calling them friendly and accommodating. Guests have felt as though the majority of staff members have been approachable at this property.

Past guests have complained about the noise levels at this motel. Since the property is right along the main beach front strip, it does get a fair amount of noise at night. Guests have also said that noise travels into the rooms from outside.

Guests have reported that the furniture in these rooms are a little worn and dated. As a result, these guests have felt as though the rooms could use a thorough update in the near future.

There have been complaints about this motel not having enough parking to go around, especially when it is at capacity. This left some guests having to park behind the property, which was an inconvenience.
