Pros: clean and the stuff very friendly Cons: away far from the city

Pros: We stayed in Standard double room. The rooms were fantastic. The whole property is Ground floor, so it was easy to move about. It seems to be a new property, and well managed. Very friendly for elders and people of determination. The parking is very spacious, lot of outdoor space. Very neat, clean and the whole property smelled good. Spacious and bathroom was good too with tub There was minifridge and electric kettle. The mattress and pillows were very comfy, Air conditioning was good too. Grocery shop just outside the property. Restaurants, Juice bars are within 1 km of walking distance. This is the last hotel on the route towards Khor Najd, Sayh and jebel Harim but well within Khasab city. Asim from front office was very helpful and informative. There is no garden or outside seating facility in the compound, its basic accommodation. I would like to stay here again in future. Cons: There was no sign board near the entrance of the property, so bit confusion on first day. Other than that, everything was simply perfect for us.

Pros: the Motel and room were very clean, the staff were very helpful giving recommendations about places to visit and also arranging outdoor activities if wished. I can only recommend this Motel, it's great value for money, definitely worth to come back again. Cons: Nothing.

Convenient and friendly

Pros: Clean, quiet, fridge available in the room, new AC overall clean and very affordable. If you’re looking for a cheap but clean, decent place to stay, without any fancy facilities, you found it. We liked there and we’ll go again. Cons: Situated in industrial area, has a scrapped cars yard next to it. Quite difficult to find without calling the owner for additional guidance, no signboard to indicate location. No possibility to have food except ordering from outside but that’s understandable being such small place.
