The ethos of Sederkloof Lodge is the tranquil enjoyment that the spectacular Baviaanskloof, World Heritage Site, in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, offers. The venue consists of six luxury stone-and-glass hideaways in the mountains, with communal lounge and dining areas, pool and bar facilities. Each chalet is carefully situated at the edge of a gorge in such a way as to provide complete privacy to its guests, as well as affording a view of the gorge and mountain unimpaired by other human artifacts. The Lodge is situated a short walk from the luxurious mountain chalets, spectacularly located on the edge of another gorge with glorious views of the Baviaanskloof mountains. Within the Lodge is a comfortable sitting area for guests who wish to socialise. Outside is a large deck, partly under cover and partly open, with loungers on which to tan and a crystal clear swimming pool for that refreshing plunge.
