Hotel Sea Princess (Mumbai, India)

Guests at the Mumbai Sea Princess had plenty of praise for the food. Many commented on the generous portions and amount of choice in the breakfast buffet. The food and ambience in the restaurant was considered to be exceptionally good.

The proximity to the beautiful Juhu beach was considered a highlight for many holidaymakers with many commenting on the amazing views offered from the guest rooms and the dining room. The hotel is also considered to be a convenient location for shops, bars restaurants and coffee shops while at the same time being in a quiet and tranquil setting.

It is clearly very important to the staff that you enjoy your stay as this was reflected in many of the guest’s comments. Employees from the waiting staff, bellboy, receptionist and hotel manager were all polite, efficient and friendly.

The walls here are reported to be paper thin and some guests were disturbed by noise throughout the night. The hotel is also a very popular venue for wedding parties with music, laughter and loud conversation going on until the early hours which once again can cause disruption to your sleep.

Although the hotel websites the Wi-Fi connection is free, guests complained of having to purchase a card from reception in order to access the Internet. Even this was not problem free and there were issues with slowness and connection dropping out entirely, in particular in the bedrooms.

Some of the rooms were felt to be dated and shabby, in particular those billed as deluxe, which did not reach guest’s expectations of the standards befitting a five star hotel.
