Several guests love the the long beaches of fine sand, hiking trails in the mountains, and rocky coves along the sea. Others add there are many activities for the whole family such as bike rides, boat trips, scuba diving, guided visits under the sea, and go-karting.

Many guests appreciate the fine dining experience in the restaurant, and love the local Catalan cuisine, including the side dish of grilled vegetables called Escalivada, the spiced sausage called butifarra, and the the Catalan stew made with meat, beans, potatoes, and cabbage. Others add that the seafood is very fresh and love the salad made with peppers, tomatoes, onions, red wine vinegar and shredded cod.

Several guests comment that staff is multi-lingual and can can converse in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Catalan and Arabic. Others add that staff personally greet guests on all occasions, and note that management goes out of their way to see that guests are being looked after.

A handful of guests note that the beds are uncomfortable. Others add that a variety of mattresses are available, and appreciate that the staff is efficient in changing them in a timely fashion upon request.

Some guests note that the property is a popular destination for diving enthusiasts and, therefore, the lobby, restaurant, and bar can be packed during the peak season, but appreciate that staff are proficient in intimating guests about making reservations for dinner. Others add that the complimentary diving equipment storage can be full during the peak.

A handful of guests note that the rooms are small and there is not enough space for luggage storage. Others add that luggage storage is available at the front desk, however.
