Hotel Rodeway Inn (Pigeon Forge, USA)

The larger Pigeon Forge attractions can be easily reached by car, but the hotel itself is on the main strip of the town and has plenty of shops, restaurants and smaller amusement venues right nearby that can be easily reached on foot. The convenience of this was one of the major points for many guests.

Many guests liked the beds and pillows and described them as comfortable. The Econo Lodge rooms are a normal size and functional. They provide what you need, especially in an area where you might be mainly out and about during the day.

Friendly and helpful, the staff is there to make your stay enjoyable. Guests did not encounter any problems and felt well taken care off. Customer service is great in this location.

Some guests felt that the pool size is not really adequate. If you just want to take a cool plunge it might be enough but do not expect to swim a lot in it as it is not very long.

Generally many guests felt that the rooms and property is in need of an update and looks a little worn and tired. If you like newer rooms this might not be the best choice.

A few guests had complaints about the cleanliness of rooms, finding hairs in the bathroom or other smaller things. You might want to check the room when you get in.
