Nestled on the waterfront of Loch Greshornish, a friendly welcome awaits you at Redwood House Hotel, along with stunning and unspoilt views over the loch and surrounding countryside. Located in the Greshornish peninsula in the North West of the Isle of Skye, we are ideally situated for exploring our magical island, being only 25 minutes from Portree on the East, 15 minutes from Dunvegan on the West and 40 minutes from Uig on the North. The magic however, starts right here at Redwood House Hotel. Arriving via a 2 mile traditional Scottish island single track road, skirting the shoreline. Surrounding croftland, sheep roaming freely, Buzzards and Hawks a regular sight, are all part of the enchantment of reaching us. Once here, you have found your little place in Scotland and it's time to relax and enjoy everything we have to offer. Indoors: our Restaurant, Bar and Lounge areas bring the chance to sit and enjoy all that is right outside the window. Outside: a small walkway around the house and over the hillock brings you to a little secluded spot with further views along the loch. A longer walk will take you to a secluded bay with spectacular views over to the Outer Hebrideas, a must for summer sunsets.
