Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

The hotel is widely described as filthy, outdated, and poorly maintained, with many guests reporting strong unpleasant odors like cigarettes, marijuana, and mildew throughout the property, especially in the hallways and elevators. The overall condition suggests a significant need for renovation and improved housekeeping standards. Despite these widespread issues, a few guests have recently noted improvements, including the installation of new carpet in some areas, suggesting ongoing efforts to address the hotel's condition. However, the majority of feedback indicates that the hotel falls short of expected cleanliness and maintenance levels. This hotel is best suited for budget-conscious travelers or those needing a quick, no-frills overnight stay, particularly pet owners due to its accommodating policy. To enhance your stay, consider bringing your own cleaning supplies and air fresheners, and manage expectations regarding the overall property condition.
