Friendly staff
Guests have tended to find the hotel staff offers a friendly standard of service here. This hotel has some pretty significant issues but the staff is generally not found to be one of them. Some guests did think that reception could be improved, but most found check-in fairly efficient.

Despite some upgrades taking place, the majority of guests have been disappointed with the quality of the rooms at this hotel. Reported issues are numerous but include dated and damaged furniture, stained sheets and carpets, poorly maintained bathrooms, and broken amenities.

Guests consistently rate the standard of housekeeping here as very poor. Trash and other items from previous guests are often found in the rooms, suggesting that the accommodation is not properly cleaned in preparation for a new guest. On-going, the standard of housekeeping is found to be haphazard at best.

Pool area often disappoints
Previous guests have reported various disappointments with the pool. Some found the water was bordering on green while others found there was no water in it at all - either way, guests didn’t want to swim! Guests also mention that the pool furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.
