If you want to get away from it all, including the children, this location is perfect according to some guests. Visitors mentioned the adults only policy helped keep the hotel common areas, such as the pool, quiet and clean for the duration of their stay.
Even detractors who had other issues still admit that the rooms were virtually spotless. So if cleanliness is ultra-important for your stay, chances are you'll like this location according to most guests.
A majority of guests thought the food was quite delicious and a number of choices were offered.
Some guests complain that managers appeared grumpy, wine stewards were pushy, clerks botched reservations and food servers made diners feel rushed. Overall, however, many people didn't have an issue with the staff and thought they were one of the best aspect of the hotel.
Some vacationers had connection issues, regardless of where they were located. Whether it was the lobby or the guestrooms, they had difficulty with the Wi-Fi service that included slow speeds or failure to connect.
A few guests remarked that some of the features in the room didn't function properly. Visitors cite issues with things like DVD players, air conditioning and in-room whirlpool tubs, for example. It should be noted that most guests didn't have an issue with functionality, or if they did, they mentioned the hotel was quick to address the problem.
