The hotel is close to a key part of Florence. It's very close to the train station and the Duomo. There's lots of history to see and take in.

The hotel has camera everywhere and the owner is really hands-on. However, this can give you a sense of security and safety as well.

Where Are All The Amenities?.
No air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, two of the most important utilities you desire when travelling is missing. You would think in 2015 that these types of establishments would finally get the idea that these things are important, well, at least the Wi-Fi. You can always use a fan to help cool you off, though it won't completely do the job of a working air conditioner.

A Lesson In Following The Rules.
The owner of the establishment asks you to hand over the keys as if they don't trust you. This means each time you leave the premises, you have to hand over your only means of getting into the place where you are staying and where your valuables are. To top it off, they leave the keys in an open area where anyone can grab them! In addition, the owner constantly barks orders like turn-off the lights, lock your door, don't forget to leave the keys, etc. You feel like you are in a children's camp! Oh, and there's a 1am curfew as well!

There's no breakfast. Not even a glass to grab some water. What does this place even exist?
