Most guests note that the apartments are spacious with a perfectly equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space, and comfortable mattresses.  Others state that the bathrooms are large with powerful water pressure in the shower facilities and plenty of complimentary toiletries.

Many guests say that employees at the front desk are welcoming and happy to assist guests in any way, from making dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant to arranging taxi transportation to the city centre. Others mention that the maid service keeps the rooms spotless without being intrusive.

Many guests report that there is loud music playing at the onsite British Pub late in the evenings, and add that the doors in rooms are not soundproofed. Others mention that the restaurant staff is also loud in the mornings when its breakfast time.

Guests point out that some parts of the hotel smell of cigarette smoke, and note that even non-smoking floors come with a distinctive smell of cigarettes. Others say that there are designated smoking areas, but are quick to add that these rules are not followed.
