Several guests complained that the elevator has been known to skip a floor every once in a while and that it is rather slow. This is of particular annoyance in the morning with many guests rushing to breakfast at the same time.
The hotel provides on-site parking, which has to be secured before arrival though, but guests recommend that it is cheaper and easier to find a spot right across the street from the hotel.
