Guests felt the gym was a good fitness area for guests to use. The equipment worked well and was relatively modern and clean. Guests enjoyed the swimming pool and gym and felt they were good common areas.

Most guests enjoyed the good food that was served in the restaurants and bars. They liked the hotel had plenty of variety to choose from and that the food was of good quality.

The staff members were found to be nice and courteous by most guests. They felt the rooms were clean and the facilities as well. The check in process is efficient and the staff would try to accommodate them with their requests.

The hotel is said to be in need of a renovation as it is below standards of the type of hotel it advertises itself as. The rooms are old-fashioned and the furnishings need to be modern. Guests did not like that the price was charged as if the hotel were modern.

Guests were surprised with the extra fees that were not included in the Internet rate. Guests recommend future guests to prepare for the extra charges that were thought to be too much, but were said to be taxes.

The rooms were found to be noisy and annoying by most guests. They could not ignore the noise coming from construction and from other guests. These guests were disappointed they could not be in their rooms in a quiet setting.
