The hotel is situated on the main square and is in close proximity to numerous bars and cafes which meant that guests were able to hear late night revellers and the hustle and bustle from the street below when they had their windows opened.
There is no lift in the hotel due to the age of the building which meant that guests with mobility issues found it rather tiring having to climb several flights of stairs on a daily basis.
Although the hotel provides a free golf cart ride to the parking lot, guests still found it quite inconvenient having to park their cars quite a distance away from the hotel building.
