As the hotel is located near the airport, the complimentary airport shuttle provided was a guest favourite amongst those who had flights to catch. Guests with early morning departures were easily accommodated by the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus. The shuttle was on schedule and had enough seating capacity.

The hotel's personnel is very warm and friendly and appears to be very knowledgeable about the points of interest near the hotel and various other tasks the guests require from him. They also embraces his roles and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi both in their rooms and in public places such as the lobby. The Wi-Fi is at an acceptable speed and the signal is available throughout most of the hotel and is easy to connect to. You have to pick a ticket at the reception each day in order to enjoy this free service.

The hotel's breakfast menu lacked variety
Some guests felt that the breakfast menu had no enough options provided. The items that ran out were not quickly replenished and a few of the dishes appeared to be rather stale and others were quickly prepared. Others felt it was quite expensive.

Some beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in
Though generally a personal preference, a good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support. As such, a few guests woke up with back aches and stiff necks.

The AC is at times defective and very noisy
Some guests have voiced their frustrations with the air conditioning units in the rooms. Common complaints were with regard to the inability to maintain a constant temperature and also the loud noise emitted while they were running.
