The vast majority of guests who've stayed here have been comprehensively bowled over by the outgoing, helpful and extremely personable guys and gals who help to keep things ticking over at this hotel. The fact that all customer-facing employees spoke good English was deemed a big vote-winner too.

It has to be said that this hotel's location is a massive asset. For sure, almost every traveller who's stayed here has cooed over the ease with which major sights can be reached on foot, as well as the variety of shopping and dining options that are ostensibly right on the doorstep. Having the train station so close by is the icing on the cake.

A significant number of guests have said they were impressed with the free continental breakfasts served up here. By all accounts, the coffee (espresso, Americano, cappuccino) is nothing short of sublime.

Very few visitors have been thrilled to discover this property has no lift. Those travelling with plentiful luggage were the least thrilled of all.

It has been reported that some rooms are more likely than others to be disturbed by noise generated from the busy restaurants, cafes and shops outside. Most visitors agreed that the rooms at the rear of the property are better options for light sleepers.
