Brand new vacation home with 16 apartments in a small reosrt, situated on a 5000 m2 property, 700m away from beutiful sandy beach with a cristal clear sea. The area name is Privlaka and is situated near towns Nin (2km away) and Zadar (25 km away), both very popular Dalmatian destinations. The position of holiday home is perfect because it can be reached easily by a plane - International airport Zadar is 35 km away. Within her 2000 m2 of exterior space with a big pool and in additional a small pool for children and outside kitchen where you can grill yourself, you will find comfort and warmth of a perfect second home. Here is also a sauna and a whirlpool with extra costs. At the entrance of the property there is the reception with our friendly staff who are available to our guests throughout their stay. Guests also have the opportunity to order at the reception food and supplies from a supermarket, butcher and bakery, which will be delivered the next day, rent a bike or get some insider information about the opportunities what are possible to do in surrounding, etc.. The essence is to make our guests feel warmy and welcome. All apartments are sized for up to 4 people
