The elegant rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious and with great Wi-Fi connectivity. The environment breathtaking and guests get the added benefit of having the spectacular jungle views in the comfort of their balconies.
At the hotel, guests quickly settled in as there were plenty of activities to indulge in. From swimming at the wonderful hillside pool to bicycle rides, there is plenty for the more energetic. Guests were happy as they were occupied during their stay. The free relaxing massages were a much welcome addition to arriving guests.
Guests always received a warm welcome from the minute they arrive. They have buoyant personalities that make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. With special care the staff ensured guests’ needs are nothing was left unattended to.
Many guests felt that the hotel was too pricey. According to many, the massage services as well as food items were a little bit expensive to their liking. Most felt that they were being charged too much.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi was disappointing as some rooms didn’t receive the signal at all. The signal is inconsistent and many had trouble connecting to it. Others had keep moving with their devices to areas wishing to get a better connection.
