Breakfast at the hotel was really a treat. Not only was the spread was of high quality, well prepared and presented, it was very tasty and with a lot of choices to choose from. Most guests were really looking forward to be at the breakfast table each morning.
Fast wireless internet connectivity throughout
Guests were really pleased with the Wi-Fi connection. Many who used it were quite satisfied with their browsing experience as the high speeds made it easy to connect. Cases of downtime were rare as the Wi-Fi was steady and throughout the hotel.
Lack of a broad selection of TV channels
Guests felt not accommodated when it came to the hotel's channel list. English-speaking guests felt there were few channels in their native languages and this led to displeasure as far as in-room entertainment was concerned.
Rooms aren't well soundproofed
The walls of the apartment are quite thin. Moderate conversations from other rooms could be heard. Noise from outside could easily get into the rooms. Most felt that the hotel's
sound proofing should be improved.
The breakfast area is rather small
Guests have expressed their concerns regarding the hotel's breakfast arrangements. The area appears to be quite small and gets crowded especially when the hotel is busy. Seating can be problematic with waits lasting for a considerable amount of time.
