In review after review guests reported that they found the resort's staff to be remarkable. It seemed that they were professional, well trained and had the sort of attention to detail that is typically the hallmark of a true luxury property.
Considering that the resort has a leading edge and contemporary design, something that is often not to all guest's taste, it was remarkable that the comments on the design were entirely positive. Guests seemed to feel that the modern design looked great and was softened with some more delicate touches in just the right places so it did not come off as too severe.
The overwhelming majority of guests who made use of the resort's spa were very happy with the experience, saying that the environment was exquisite and the staff professional and knowledgable concerning the treatments.
The beach closest to the resort didn't really live up to the expectations guests had. The main problem seemed to be that it was more or less a lagoon beach, without open access to the ocean, with some also mentioning that it was not really kept very clean.
Several guests commented that the main hotel pool was quite a bit smaller than they expected. It seemed that it was more for show than to actually take swimming in it seriously.
While breakfast may be regarded as the most important meal of the day, quite a number of guests here felt that it was, by far, the weakest meal served. They would have liked more variety for a start.
