The Internet connection is not a reliable service from the hotel given some guests complained it was more sporadic than anything else. It is expected that this service be of good quality and speed but it was not the case here.
Some guests were left frustrated by the amount of noise coming from the corridors and nearby rooms of children and their families. The number of families was quite a few and left some guests feeling out of place as there was not much nightlife there.
Although it might seem like a small detail in a stay, some guests found it hard to ignore the bad quality of the towels and the weird smell emanating from them. Towels are an essential part of a stay, and these were not of great quality for a luxury resort.
