Guests liked the variety of amenities at the hotel. People said they enjoyed the pools and the fact there was a kids club on-site, for those travelling with children. There were also positive remarks about the spa and large and beautiful gardens.

There were complaints about the rooms being in need of paint. Other issues cited included stained tubs and bed sheets, unclean tables, some of the rooms lacking black out curtains and poor Wi-Fi service.
