Close enough to walk to Old Quebec, although some may prefer to take a bus or cab; the nearest bus stop is just around the corner. Breakfast is usually the basic continental spread - fruit, juice, toast, cereal and some pretty good coffee.

The steps and floors are creaky, the paint is quite drab and the carpeting, towels and curtains have all definitely seen better days. Some of the plumbing is leaky, bedspreads could use a good cleaning and there are broken tiles and rust in the bathrooms. Feels a bit more like a hostel than a hotel, but remember the price before you complain too much - it's one of the cheapest rates in the area.
