This hotel is celebrated for its deep immersion in nature, offering a tranquil retreat amidst mountains and fruit trees. Its signature feature is its ability to provide a peaceful, secluded escape, making it an ideal choice for families and couples seeking a serene, self-catering holiday away from urban noise. Guests consistently praise the beautiful views, the refreshing spring water pool, and the overall comfortable, home-like atmosphere. To fully enjoy the surrounding area and access amenities, a rental car is essential, and guests are advised to bring insect repellent due to the natural setting.
Facilities & Amenities
Guests appreciate the convenience of well-equipped kitchenettes in their accommodations, complete with cooking and dining equipment, which facilitates self-catering. The swimming pool, fed by a mountain spring, is a highlight, praised for its cleanliness and refreshing, cool water, though it may be too cold for some during cooler months. Parking is readily available and considered crucial given the hotel's location. While most units include air conditioning, some guests found it ineffective for heating during colder periods. Some rooms were noted to lack basic tables or chairs, and in certain instances, the refrigerator was linked to the key card electricity, raising concerns about food spoilage if the card was removed.
Cleanliness & Room Comfort
Rooms are generally described as clean and comfortable, with many guests highlighting the quality of the comfortable beds. However, some reviews noted issues with insufficient room lighting, the absence of a wardrobe, and a lack of shelves in the bathroom, which made organizing personal items challenging. A frequently mentioned concern is the presence of insects and ants within the rooms, leading some guests to suggest improvements to mosquito netting. Noise can also impact comfort, with reports of noisy neighbors, including children and late-night barbecues, and the call to prayer from a local mosque being quite loud early in the morning. Older units also experienced noise transfer from guests on upper floors.
Dining & Food Quality
Most guests noted that the property does not offer breakfast or other meal services on-site, requiring them to bring their own food or travel to nearby towns. This self-catering aspect is well-supported by the kitchenettes provided in the rooms. While the lack of on-site dining was a minor inconvenience for many, it contributed to the peaceful and secluded atmosphere. One review, however, mentioned a restaurant with nice food and honest prices, suggesting a potential change or a specific unit type. Overall, guests should plan for their own food and drink provisions, as the nearest well-stocked supermarket can be a long drive away, though a small market is within walking distance.
Location & Accessibility
The hotel boasts a beautiful mountain setting, tucked away in nature, offering stunning views and a tranquil escape from city life. It is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, surrounded by fruit trees and natural landscapes. While secluded, it provides easy access to popular attractions like Olympos, Chimaera, and Phaselis, typically within a 30-minute drive. A rental car is essential for staying here, as public transport is limited, and the nearest well-stocked supermarket is a considerable distance. The road leading to the property can be narrow, making it challenging for two cars to pass simultaneously. A small local market is available within a 10-minute walk for basic necessities.
Staff & Service
The staff consistently receives high praise for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. Guests appreciate their discreet yet present approach, offering valuable recommendations on local spots and assisting with travel arrangements, such as arranging taxis. The owner is frequently highlighted for their responsiveness and willingness to address concerns promptly, even going as far as personally resolving issues like a sewer problem. Guests felt well accommodated, especially regarding late arrivals and departures. The overall sentiment is that the team contributes significantly to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home and well cared for during their stay.
Additional Information

The property is home to various animals, including chickens, tortoises, and even sheep, adding to its rustic charm, though some guests noted issues with stray cats being overly persistent around food.
