positive:
Affordable rates and great value for money.
When it comes to great values and reasonable prices, this hotel is definitely one of the best in Paris. Considering the standard room sizes in the famous city, the accommodation is relevantly better than the others.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Language barriers.
Some staff at the front desk cannot speak English well. They cannot give you tips and directions in exploring Paris. Thus, you are encouraged to make a request to talk to the staff who can speak English fluently. That way, you can save time and avoid misunderstandings.
negative:
Check-in and check-out procedures are delayed at times.
You are welcomed by bright smiles and warm personalities no matter what time of day it is. However, the check-in and check-out procedures might be delayed. The rooms need to be cleaned and there are conflicts with the bill sometimes. The employees do their best to settle these issues quickly.
negative:
Outdated linens.
The carpets and curtains look fine from afar but if you take a closer look, they are a bit outdated. However, they are extremely clean and still look beautiful.
