Negative Reviews
negative:
No staff on site
Unlike a hotel, where reception may be available all the time, staff are only on site some of the time, usually only when guests are checking in. This does mean that there is not someone immediately available for you if you need anything, so you will need to call.
negative:
Basic breakfast
The breakfast provided is too simple for some guests, consisting only of a croissant and a tea or coffee. While it is enough to get you going as you head out to explore all that Rome has to offer, it isn't anything to write home about.
negative:
In need of some TLC
While guests are generally happy with the accommodation, they do note some issues which would benefit from being looked at by maintenance or are in need of replacement, such as toilets being hard to flush shower cubicles falling apart, and laminate flooring lifting up.
