Guests were happy to have basic rooms that had a clean and comfortable appearance. The rooms had various amenities include private bathrooms with free toiletries, free Wi-Fi and mini bars. The rooms provided for a comfortable stay.
Guests felt the hotel was ideal to explore the city. It was walking distance to most of the attractions including churches, museums and city squares. The Novella train station is also walking distance, as well as various eateries and shops.
The breakfast, which is free for guests, was found to be a nice way to start your day. It was served in a casual dining area and included pastries, fruits and drinks. The breakfast room also has nice city views. The items offered were adequate.
The bathrooms were found to be very small by guests who stayed here. The showers were difficult to manoeuvre in and guests would have preferred a little more space.
The noise in between the rooms was obvious for guests who could hear the movements and actions by other guests. The traffic and city noise was also disturbing to guests who wanted to sleep in or get to sleep at night.
Guests did not like that in order to access the Wi-Fi they had to like a hotel on Facebook. Once logged on, they found the speed and reliability of the Internet to be anything but quick and steady.
