Positive Reviews
positive:
Efficient and knowledgeable staffs.
The staff is pleasant in every way. You cannot see them frowning despite the demands of their jobs. The best thing about the employees is their fluency in speaking the English language. In addition, they treat you like family. You get free champagne during your birthday or anniversary.
positive:
Experience the real Parisian neighbourhood.
Lenox Montparnasse is located in a typical Parisian neighbourhood. It’s great because you can experience the true culture of the place firsthand. The locals are hospitable and the community shows you an ordinary day in Paris.
positive:
Extremely cosy beds ensure a great sleep.
You will surely sleep well in this hotel due to the beds. They have memory mattresses and thick pillows. The sheets are fine and seem to hug your skin delicately. Moreover, the sheets are very clean and are replaced regularly.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise from other rooms can be heard.
The walls are not that thick so you can somehow hear noise from the hallways and nearby rooms. However, there’s always a solution for every problem. You can close the windows and put on earplugs.
negative:
Complicated air-condition controls.
It’s great that you can individually control the thermostat. However, the controls do not work well at times. It doesn’t matter which button you hit because the same intensity of hot air comes out. You are advised to check the thermostats and if there is any trouble, please notify the staff immediately.
negative:
Few English TV channels.
The reception of the television is good. There are numerous channels to choose from but only a few are in English. The hotel can do better if it upgrades its cable subscription. However, this is not a big deal since you stay out of the hotel most of the time.
