The food was
said to be plentiful, especially since it's all-inclusive, and there was always
enough for guests to choose from. There was seafood, Turkish and international
options in the three restaurants. There is also four bars available for drinks.
Most guests were happy with the close location to the beach of the hotel and to various restaurants and bars. It is also a short walking distance from the shopping area of town. Guests were close to what you would need for a good vacation.
Good Kids Activities
Most guests who traveled with their families enjoyed having plenty of kids' activities available on site. There were pool slides, a kids club and a game room for kids of various ages to enjoy.
The Wi-Fi was found to be a poor and did not seem to work for some guests. The Wi-Fi could definitely be improved, especially since it's a hotel and guests expect the Internet to work.
Some guests did not like the staff's attitude toward them, especially since it's a hospitality job they have. They did not understand each other if they had to speak English and this seemed to irritate them to not help.
Germany in Turkey
Some guests did not enjoy the fact that the staff members did not speak English. They spoke German instead, and it was hard to understand the staff. Even at the kids club the animation would sing in German. It was not a nice thing for non-speaking German guests.
