Hotel La Pace (Arezzo, Italy)

The B & B "Peace" is located about three kilometers from the center of Arezzo, in an extremely quiet and easy to reach by public transport (line 6 and line 2 of the local municipal transport service), about 1.5 kilometers from the park "Villa Severi," on the old road through the pass of Scopetone, linking Arezzo to the Tiber. B & B "Peace" is a building facing the road with two large terraces on the ground floor of which is a relaxation area for the periods spring / summer with a gazebo, tables, chairs and deck chairs. Currently there are five apartments, two on the ground floor, one with a bathroom for the disabled, two apartments on the first floor and the Venice Suites on the second floor. The entry and exit are completely autonomous and managed by the client . The structure offers free outdoor parking but with video surveillance. Garages are also available for a fee per car. For motorcyclists and / or cyclists closed garage free. It has a laundry room with washer and dryer equipment (for a fee), iron and ironing board (free of charge). Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel. Pets welcome, but please mention at the time of reservation. Shuttle service from and to the railway station by prior arrangement.
