This complex was especially popular with families, many of whom commented very positively on the wide variety of eating and entertainment options here as well as on the overall spaciousness of this resort's accommodation.
A number of past guests remarked very positively on the helpful and pro-active attitudes of the staff. This was especially true of bar and housekeeping staff, who seemed to go out of their way to help and assist guests.
Recent guests commented that while the winter weather put them off using this resort's outdoor pool facilities, they were delighted to note that the indoor pool here is kept blissfully warm. Others were also pleased to find that the property's sauna and spa were in good working order at the time of their visit. Finally, a number of guests were also very happy to note that they were able to use the pool and other facilities at the nearby WOW Topkapi Palace absolutely free-of-charge.
While many noted that accommodation here was very generous is terms of space, a number of guests felt that the rooms look a bit tired and worn. Some felt that a renovation is needed in order to lift the overall feel of the accommodation here.
