Situated in a terrific position near the beach, Kipriotis Hotel offers modern and fully refurbished accommodation to those looking for a stylish holiday base. The 250 rooms have that light and airy feel typical of the seaside, and feature private balconies, air conditioning, minibars, TV’s, in-rooms safes, hairdryers and telephones. Many rooms have gorgeous sea views. The delightful pool terrace has a very popular pool bar and café, as well as the usual sun beds. There is also a wellness area with sauna, gym, jacuzzi and massages available. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The main restaurant uses the buffet format, and has regular, and popular, show cooking demonstrations. There is also a more intimate a la carte restaurant where guests can select from a menu of Mediterranean specialities. The main attraction is lovely Rhodes Beach, just steps away. Amateur archaeologists will find the fascinating acropolis of Rhodes about a mile to the south.

Of course it was inevitable that the proximity to the beach was what guests most liked about Kipriotis. The main reason for their holiday was, after all, to get in some beach time, so they were happy it was so nearby. Also mentioned was Rhodes Town itself, described as a very short walk away and full of historical interest.
Again and again guests commented how amazing the hotel's staff were. They were described as friendly and engaged, and guests never seemed to get the feeling that they were merely going through the motions.
While not mentioned by many guest, those who did bring it up had only good things to say about the service and treatments available at the on-site spa. They certainly came out feeling rejuvenated.
Unfortunately, going by guest comments, it seems that there is no substantial soundproofing between the hotel's rooms. They mention being able to hear the goings on in the adjacent rooms almost as if they were going on in their own room.
While guests seemed to like the food offered at the other two meals, the breakfast buffet did not come in for much praise. Many guests felt that it was a meagre affair, and had so little variety that they either could not find much that they liked or quickly got bored with what was offered.
While there was obviously nothing the hotel could do about it, several guests pointed out that the immediate area was very windy. So their lovely day on the beach sometimes ended up as a little less lovely, unless they were kitesurfers…
