The staff members are very warm and friendly and interact professionally with guests. From the wait staff to reception and concierge, everyone was very helpful. All employees at the hotel embrace their roles, are very helpful and go out there way to accommodate.
The hotel is perfectly set near shops and restaurants in the area to suite a wide variety of tastes. Guests can rent bicycles nearby and explore local attractions which are all within easy reach, such as the Ubud Palace and market.
The dishes prepared were very delicious and guests enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast delivered to their rooms. Scrumptious selection of meats, cheeses and bread is the normal breakfast fare here
Guests were frustrated as the hotel's Wi-Fi was temperamental at best. Common complaints were of the signal easily dropping as they carried their devices from room to room and also the very slow speeds experienced.
A number of guests have complained of swarms of mosquitoes taking up residence in the hotel's bathrooms. At times taking a bath can be challenging at night without having the mosquitoes drive you off
Guests have lamented the fact that there is no lift in the building. Moving from place to place while taking several flights of stairs is a major challenge especially while lugging suitcases.
