The Intercontinental is being renovated floor by floor, and while guests rave about the finished rooms, the others are described as dated and run-down, a particular disappointment given the going nightly rate.

There is no self parking, and the valet parking is not inexpensive. While most guests found they could access their cars quickly and easily, a few were left waiting during large functions at the hotel which overwhelmed the valet staff.
