The hotel is located closed to the centre at the beginning of the pedestrian zone next to the Olympia sports- and congress centre. The direct access to the entire cross-country trail network, a skating rink and a curling rink are just in front of the hotel. The distance to the ski lift Gschwandtkopf , the outdoor and indoor tennis courts is about 250 m. Guest from the Hotel Hocheder have a green-fee-reduction of 35% on the golf-course Golfakademie (about 1 km) and 15% on the golf-course Seefeld/Wildmoos (about 7km). The hotel has a sauna, a steam bath, solarium and a massage room. The half-board option includes a rich breakfast-buffet and a four course dinner with the choice of 3 different main courses. The restaurant has the traditional style of the Tyrolean Alps, a very inviting atmosphere as well as the hotel bar with the open fire-place.
