Previous guests have commented that rooms at Heathrow Palace display a decent level of cleanliness and the mattresses are quite comfortable.

Staff here are extremely helpful. They will greet you warmly on arrival and will happily give you all the information you require about the local area and about how to get to the airport and central London.

This property is very close to Heathrow. You can drive there in no time at all. Alternatively, the bus stop is only five minutes away on foot and the Underground is a fifteen minute walk. Both will take you to the airport. Getting to the middle of London is straightforward enough on the tube as well.

Due to its proximity to the airport, and because it is under the flight path, Heathrow Palace isn't the quietest place. If you are a light sleeper, you are almost certain to be kept awake by the constant noise from the planes. Definitely bring earplugs.

There isn't a huge amount of choice at breakfast time. It's all rather basic, with a lack of hot items. You might not leave for the day feeling especially satisfied.

The décor here feels like it is past its best and some of the fixtures and fittings could do with being replaced. The showers aren't particularly good and the hot water takes an age to come through sometimes. What's more, some of the rooms and bathrooms are very much on the small side. There isn't much space to spread yourself out.
