Hazlitt’s Hotel in Soho occupies three Georgian buildings dating from 1715 and its decorative style reflects its history. The 23 rooms range from standard singles and doubles to superior, deluxe, luxury and suites. The more deluxe accommodation is more spacious and has a separate sitting area. Beds are carved oak or four-posters, furnishings include antiques and drapes hang at the windows. The bathrooms have Victorian fittings in keeping with the design style. Modern facilities are nevertheless available and include free wifi, DVD players, flat screen TVs and air-conditioning. There is no restaurant in the hotel but breakfast is provided and can be served in the room or in the Library. The Library is also a lounge and reading room with an open fireplace and honesty bar. Other amenities include 24 hours reception, laundry, porter services and a hotel safe. Groups of up to 12 can be accommodated in the meeting room which combines antique furnishings with state-of-the-art presentation equipment. The hotel is located in the heart of the West End theatre and restaurant area, and a short walk from the underground and the shopping areas of Oxford Street and Bond Street.
