Happyland Mansion isn't exactly in the buzzing heart of Bangkok. Indeed, it isn't close to any of the main attractions or to anything which is happening in the city. Public transport isn't great from here either, meaning you will need to get a taxi, which can soon get expensive. It is quite a walk from the flyover crossing and the main road.
Guestrooms here are comfy enough but the décor could certainly use something of a revamp. There are marks on the walls and some of the bathroom tiles are cracked. A good spruce up would do the world of good and make everything feel much fresher and more attractive.
