The hotel’s spa, Zenyu Eco Spa, is worth a visit if you are looking to unwind. Guests note a stop at the spa was pleasant while helping to relieve some stress. The spa specialises in Japanese massage techniques and has many other relaxation services.

Bathrooms at the hotel lack privacy and can make things a little more public then you might like according to guests. There is a frosted glass separating the bathroom area that visitors say is still a little too see-through.

Visitors point out that the hotel’s breakfast can be very busy which makes the experience overwhelming. The food at the buffet wasn’t particular memorable and the selection of foods was average.

The hotel does offer free parking; however, it is off-site and is some distance away from the property. Guests point out the walk from the car park to the hotel was much longer than they would have expected.
