Hôtel des Dromonts by SOWELL COLLECTION (Avoriaz, France)

A number of reviewers thought that the hotel was in an excellent location providing convenient ski in and ski out access which for these guests was the highlight of their stay.

The staff at the hotel rated highly among many visitors who left comments that the staff were very friendly and professional and attended to their every need as requested. It seems that if there were minor quibbles staff attended to guests concerns quickly and without any hassle.

The hotel according to some previous guests has very comfortable beds and these comments featured in positive reviews from those guests who had an outstanding sleep at the hotel.  Many guests also commented that the hotel was generally spotless praising the efforts of cleaning staff at the hotel.

One common bug-bear across a number of reviews was the tiny rooms. Some previous guests felt that for the premium price paid that the accommodation would be much larger and not so tiny and cramped.

A number of guests who stayed at the hotel thought that the sound-proofing between rooms and floors could use some attention; as their stay was disrupted by other loud guests and noisy music from floors above and below.

Some guests expressed their frustration at the tiny boot room in the hotel in relation to the number of patrons needed to access it. These guests complained via their reviews that there were not enough boot warmers for everyone and there was not enough room to put boots on comfortably in the room.
