All members of staff were friendly, professional and more than happy to help, and this seemed to be exactly the same with their interactions with all other guests. In addition, the quality of service provided by the staff was consistently good. This coupled with their efficiency in handling guests’ matters was very gratifying.
The property is perfectly set near the beach. Beach lovers found it hard to resist visiting the beach as it’s just steps away. There are several attractions for guests to explore all within walking distance. Furthermore, several pubs, clubs and bars are in the area offering a more vibrant nightlife.
Dining in the hotel’s restaurant is always a pleasurable experience. You will receive a warm welcome from the attentive and well-trained wait staff. Not only is the menu extensive, the quality of food and service is excellent.
The cleaning staff pushed noisy trolleys disturbing the peaceful time that guests wished for. At times the onsite restaurant hosts live music events in the evenings that can also hinder a peaceful rest. Guests felt walls were too thin that noise carried easily into their rooms.
A number of guests found the prices of drinks at the pool bar to be a little overinflated. They were of the opinion that they were definitely not getting good value for their money.
According to guests, some of the guestrooms had a mouldy smell. In some areas bathrooms and toilets have been found dirty on several occasions. Many guests were of the view that the hotel needed a major renovation.
